last nite, shisdah called me to tell me to expect a call from her fren in suria n i was like uh-ohhh.. is it the thing that u sam n waty had to go for? and she assured me that there will be NO interviews at all..

a couple of minutes later, i received the call..

after all the greetings..
her(i forgot her name. heh): have you heard of teman anugerahku?

me: yup.. i think i've seen the ads..

her: it's the one with the boys..

me: yes yes i've seen it.

her: one of the cast members are supposed to live in a condo.. shahisdah recommended your place. so would you mind if we come over to your house tomorrow for the shoot? we'll pay you of course..

me: huhh?? ummm.. but my house is VERY messy! which part are you all gonna shoot? the outside is not bad but the rooms are horrendous. hehe..

her: oh dun worry.. we'll only shoot in the living room. so how's ur furnishings like? white walls? modern?..

me: hmmm.. yellow walls and loads of wood and rattan furnishings.

her: ok.. so can we come over?

me: it's not up to me to decide.. hold on a minute.. i'll go get my mom.

hahahahahha.. what the hell shisdah! of all places, my house?? so anyway, the girl talked to my mom and my mom had to reject her cos
1) it was too last minute.. she called close to 12 at nite. there wasnt time to make the house presentable.
2) there wanted to come the next day at 5 and noone would be home.
3) my mom paiseh.. said if our house very nice, then nehmind.

haha..

but i have to say that i am very lucky this time round cos my tester is very lepak. my whole test lasted only for abt 20-25 minutes.. circuit and all. hee..

anyway, the past few days have been keraaaaaaayyyzyyyyy! i didnt touch my notes/tutorials at all! i'm so dead for my tests. but oh well..

the price to pay for having too much fun.

anyway, i FINALLY rode a vespa! wheeeee!~..thanks to deen for that! but i was a lousy pillion though.. cos when he turned, i didnt noe whether to lean together with him or go the other way! cos he was going so fast and i was scared that if i leaned together with him, we'll fall. ahahahahahahahhaha.. woops!

my mom is funny..

i read an article last week i think about how the police are going to start rounding up all those under-17s out there who are out after 11 and contacting their parents and i remember thinking.. hoho.. poor kids!

so yesterday when i got back my mom was like, "fiza, now you cannot go home so late redi.. (rite abt now i'm thinking, since when did i ever go home so late?? boooo.. but her late and my late shouldn't be compared lah. hehe) if you're out after 11, the police will stop you and take your particulars and inform me."

"MAMA!! that's for youths under 17 only lahh! ahahaha.."

"no! it's for people below 21."

"mama pls! i read the newspaper ok!"

"no.. but for you, my curfew still stands.. you must be home by 10"

wat the hell.. 10 o'clock??? kidding me rite?

"wahh mama how can like that? those kids under 17 got curfew imposed by the POLICE at 11. i'm 20 redi lah.. and yana's 21 somemore.. how can our curfew be 10 huh??"

afterwhich, she chose to ignore me and continue with the cooking.

spontaneity rocks!

last nite was funnn.. we started at tampines where we watched THE match. just like the old times.. me, diana, sham, akmal and deen instead of rozzie. people loved my new specs! wheeee!

then diana n i had to head home(duh!) agreeing that we'll meet eveyone later at simpang. huzer came to pick us up later and off to simpang we went! wheeee! but deen didnt come. boooooo.. and nora did. yayy!

it was a normal nite at simpang with the usual laughs and nonsensical banter. i liiike.. diana was contemplating all nite before that abt whether she should go to mos or simpang. she kept on whining all nite that she should've gone to mos instead. kept on saying that it's not too late for us to go..

and then akmal just stood up and said, "ok come let's go."

"huh? u serious ah?"

"yah lah then.. diana say i berbual world only what so come let's go."

and we did. the 6 of us squeezed into huzer's beetle and headed for mos at 3 in the morning! ahahaha..

i was dressed so lepak-ly some more.. was just in jeans, a red tee, $5 slippers and i just tied my hair anyhow. hurrhurr..

but it was funnnn..

i am immensely disappointed!

i was in love with sony's nw-a1000. it's sooo gorgeous.. then some time back, hama brought it's brochure to school and we were looking through and she mentioned that it didnt have a fm radio. and i was thinking.. cannot be lah! it's so gorgeous it must be well equipped(ok this reasoning sucks but i like it! it's my reasoning n in my blog, it shall make sense!).. i was convinced it had a fm radio as one of it's power-packed features..

today, i saw a roadshow and stopped to see.. it is indeed GORGEOUS!! and the sound quality was amazing.. i only realised when i got home that i didnt ask the salesgirl abt the specs(dope!)..

but anyway, she is stupid. really really.. she's this young malay girl and she was telling me why it's good and stuff and her last line was, "and it's scratch-resistant."

i looked. there were scratches.

so i said," i'm sorry.. did u say scratch-resistant? there are scratches there what.." and she goes, "oh.. dunno lah.." wow girl!! you should get like salesgirl of the yr award mann..

ok back to the original story.. so i went online to check it's full specs.. DON'T HAVE FM RADIO LORRRRRR....

it's just another stupid ipod. bluek.. pretty but stupid. i am saaaaad..

anyway, az said she'll name one of the ducks swimming ard at the lake near her school after me! ahahhahahahaha.. how sweet!

i was talking to a friend the other day abt me not getting married. the friend doesnt want to be quoted so he/she shall remain anonymous. hehe.. ok back to the story. we were just talking abt that when he/she said,

"yeah.. i made a pact with my friend..

that when we're 70 and not married (at this moment i was thinking wow! that's old! cos usually pple make pacts that when they're a certain age n not married, they'll marry each other or something to that extent)..

we have to call each other at least once a week..

so that if one of us dies, the other will know and at least someone will find out and hold a proper burial and stuff."

so i laughed my heart out. n he/she said that he/she was damn serious and that it wasnt funny! ahahahaha..

anyway, i LOVE my aussie lecturer! he is fucking hilarious! i especially liked the lecture on vday. we learnt the "maths of love". i am not kidding you.. here are some samples..

happy birthday kak!!

wow it was hectic in the beginning.. why??

cos i had to check in alone.. carrying all the water canister and what not.. damn heavy ok! but i took a cab so it's ok. hehe..

then when i reached, i had to put up ALL the decorations by myself!!! cos di went to accompany my grams to the hospital, nora ended school late and had to go for casting, az had something on. boooo..

i burst dunno how many balloons afterwhich i decided not to put so many up. hehe.. then the happy birthday sign.. WAS TERBALIK!! bloody hell! was so pissed off at that time lahh.. the frilly end was at the wrong side.. so what did i have to do? tape the bottom part together, put it up at the door and painstakingly cut the right end..

but it was all worth it! yayyy.. and also, i expect her to do the same for my party. kherkherkher.. oh ya, see the candles?? soo cute for what rite? cos i got it! hehe..

so yes, the party was a blast! the food wasnt enough tho.. we had to order pizza!

stayed up the whole night! and after breakfast, only di, akmal n i went back to the chalet to sleep!

only a few hours later, mommy called to get ready for the family bbq!! damnnn tired siaa.. the sun was in my face, together with all the heat and smoke from our bbq as well as our neighbours.. even my hair smelled of bbq food can! ahaha.. but it was all good..

i had a terrific weekend!

after God knows how long, i finally hung out with roly doll!

enjoyed myself very much! we just talked and talked and laughed a whole lot and before we knew it, four and a half hours just passed! like bam just like that. it felt like just an hour lah..

i'm soo glad i went out with her. *beams*

n i bought myself 2 panties and a city of god vcd. yayy!

anyway, i'm checking out footshopping.com now to see if i wanna get another pair of birks. hehe.. the prettier ones are ex tho. booooo

i was soo psyched abt today.

planned to go warehouse shopping with az. up to 80% discount on stuff from topshop, dorothy perkins, nike, etc!! how cool is that!

got up early for driving, attempted to do tutorials and did some research for the project before leaving.

only after i boarded the bus did i think of checking the opening hours of the sale..

Open everyday from 12pm to 7pm except Mondays

wow fiza wow..

so we ended up lepaking at tampines the whole day. was nice..

desperate housewives later! wheeee..

anyway, was out with rab yesterday.. went to cafe samar.. and i saw a notice posted up there.

Citizens of Denmark are not welcome at cafe samar until further notice.

wat the fuck?? just cos of one insensitive publication by a dumbfuck publisher, the whole danish community is being ostracised??? i find it so sick. i find the reactions of many muslims out there sick. wow.. wat a way to show the beauty of our religion. thanks guys!

boooo i'm bummed.

firstly, the stupid pc notes are taking forever to load. and i really do mean forever. been waiting since 1023 for it to load n it still hasn't. it's now 1103.

in the meantime i thought of goin to craftytv to check some stuff out. that's when i found out that my a/c has been disabled! fucking hell.. no warning no nothing. it's just a blank page with the words, "your account has been disabled" in black at the top left-hand corner of the page.

i just realised i have so little time for everything!

just realised that my driving test is in 3 weeks. n so far i've only gone for one lesson this yr.

it's a week or so to di's party.

i have to hang out with rozzie n az more cos they're leaving bloody soon. *pout* rozzie's leaving for a 2 wk holiday next wed n she'll only have a few days after that before flying off to perth. *pout* az is leaving on valentine's. *pout* boooooooooooooooooooooooo.. i think i'll sob like a baby when az leaves cos i dunno if she's coming back. boooooooooo

i have to go back to the specs shop at tamp to change/complain abt my lens cos i realised that there's this circular patch on the right lens where there are a lot of horizontal scratches. bloody hell! it's new ok! *pout* n it's been there since the first time i wore it last fri. i'll prob do that tmr..

i have to go look for di's party decorations on sat.

and loads of other stuff i can't think of right now.
