i applied for a few jobs over the weekend over job portals.
they're graduate/management trainee positions.
and on those advertisements, they never mentioned the name of the company. just that the companies are MNCs.
so i received calls from 2 of them today to arrange for an interview and i asked for the company name.
fucking hell, i've never heard of them.
but that's ok cos i admit, i only know of a handful of MNCs.
so i googled them, NOTHING came up la!
SO DODGY FOR WHAAAT??
so now, i won't know what these companies actually do and i can't prepare myself for the interview. but nvm lah.. i'll just get experience doing the interviews. hehe..

had lunch with sheena & rozzie on thursday!
she's living the life i tell you. she just came back last tuesday from christchurch, new zealand where she had her exchange and yesterday, she left for hong kong for another one of her credits. and this is AFTER she's already gone for a summer placement programme thingy at Orlando AND to chile for for another one of her modules.
how cool is that???
rozzie & i caught hary potter with ziqin and i must say that i'm impressed! it's much better than the previous ones, in my opinion.
rozzie's leaving for perth monday morning :( :( :(
another one of my best friends gone.

i'm gonna miss you lots lots lots, rozzie!

my mother bluffed me!
the contractors are coming round later. again.
basket! so again, i'm awake at 9. bummer.
so anyway, chip's & azizah's wedding was superbbb!
i've always wondered how they were gonna have a reception at a chalet cos i've been to one of the chalets at aloha changi and it was big, yes but not big enough for a wedding in my opinion.
well, well was i surprised when i reached there. the bungalow was bloody damn huge lah! and when i peeked out of the second floor window, i saw the layout for the dinner and it was just gorgeous! by the sea (which was not that bad going by mainland singapore's standards) *fast forward past me carrying plates and bowls and lighting up candles* with the sun setting over the horizon.
the music was superbbb too! when people weren't playing music, they'd play an instrumental of besame mucho which is oh-so-nice-it's-one-of-my-most-favourite-songs-ever. oh just one thing. after the bride & groom came in and dinner was officially declared served (not really actually cos it's a buffet. heh), some God-forsaken Spice Girls song was played lahhh! like seriously, wtf?? i'd like to personally smack the person who put it on the playlist.
i only wished the guests had arrived on fucking time so that the programme would've started earlier so that i got to see more of what's planned! i reached there at 7, helped ard a bit and the first few guests came at 730 (bless them for being on time), and then i just stood up front to usher the guests till the programme started at 815-ish i think till 830, when i decided to leave the place to head for hamma's. there were still people coming in at that time. (blast these people who have no care in the world for being tardy)
so i went round to say my goodbyes and took a grand total of 3 photos. somebody should smack me now. wtf! i might as well not have taken any photos at all lah.
ok so on to the next event last night: Hamma's Grad Party!
the chalet was also unexpectedly big although the crowd was small and cosy.
my love loves were there except for muk, who'd already left :( as well as hamma's other friends.
they were so semangat for whaaat?
hamma actually made cheesecake which was yummy btw and slathered chocolate all over it and wrote a message on the cake and syiqa made a banner complete with a mortar board!
haha! so cuuute lah!
and we ended the night with watching snails have sex.
aaaand that's a wrap.
oh no wait. smthg else i have to add. here's an msn conversation between Fez & i.
me: eh later really no black at all ah? [referring to the dress code for the wedding]
Fez: no!

Fez: i'm not your dad.

sms exchange between my dad and i 2 weekends back when i was attending some course.
me: are you gonna pick me up?
dad: nope

dad: ok wait there
haha! i think that was the first time ever that my "booooo"-ing worked. teehee! dad flew back to colombo last friday. he won't be back till september/october. :(
staying home, not being able to do my own things has been THE.MOST.ANNOYING thing EVER.
thank God they'll be gone tmr. woohoo!

i've been awake since 9 am today, why??
cos there were contractors coming at 930 to do renovation work all the way till wednesday!
and since i don't have school and am just bumming around, i've been appointed to stay home throughout.
booooo..
you know.. i've found another reason why gaining weight sucks. i realised that..
